Melissa Osburn, owner of Pro View Property Inspections, LLC.  A lifetime resident of Tennessee, has over 18 years of commerical and residential design and construction experience. 

Received a bachelor degree in interior design from O’More College of Design in 1990.  Early project experience included residential, retail, and hospitality design. For the last eleven years, she was a commercial project manager in Middle Tennessee. 

Projects have included a wide range of building types and construction.  The list includes historic homes, a historic bed and breakfast , garden style apartments, dormitory housing, stadium addition and press box, library, retail, hotel and a variety of office and an educational projects totaling over $550,000 million dollars and over 1,000,000 square feet.
